a senior product designer with over eight years of experience across UX/UI, visual design, and motion graphics, working on digital products in infrastructure, healthcare, and operational environments. I started my career in graphic and multimedia design, which gave me a strong foundation in visual storytelling and clarity, before moving into UX and product design where I now focus on solving complex, real-world problems through research, systems thinking, and practical interface design.
In recent years, my work has centred on building data-driven tools used by operational teams, clinicians, and decision-makers. I lead user research, shape product direction through evidence, and collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to deliver usable, scalable solutions. I’m most effective in constrained environments—where policy, infrastructure, and scale matter—and where good design can meaningfully improve how people work.
